Sessions are offered to both South African and International clients. Flexible hours as well as session durations are available. If booking internationally, please indicate your city and country of origin to ensure the time zone differences can be managed.

Domestic Bookings

South African clients need not concern themselves with differences in time zones. Simply indicate your residency in South Africa within the Country & City of Origin section in the booking form below.

International bookings

Please note that time zone differences will impact the availability of bookings. The Selfcare Philosophy will provide flexibility in and as far is possible. Please include country and city of origin when making a booking.

Single Sessions

Single sessions available at affordable rates. Discounts available for students.

Session Package

Session packages of 5, 10, and 15 available. Discounts available to all and increase as per package size.

Refunding, Postponing & Canceling Sessions

Life gets in the way sometimes. This is where true understanding and flexibility is essential for services. All clients will receive the utmost flexibility and care to accommodate anything and everything that may arise in their daily lives. So, what can be done?

If something comes up for you, sessions can be postponed with 30 minutes notice at no additional expense. Thereafter, a small fee is incurred.

If something comes up for me, sessions are postponed or cancelled at your preference with a full refund. Full accountability is taken on behalf of the practice.

If you have purchased a package, but do not wish to continue, a 75% refund of the remaining credit on all remaining sessions will be offered.

What happens to the minor fees and the remaining 25%? This is placed in a "pay-it-forward" account that supports students in need of sessions.

Schools and Universities

The Selfcare Philosophy will offer special group packages available to all schools and universities. All students of the institution can submit their affiliation with their booking forms and will receive 50-100% discount, depending on the package purchased by the institution.
